A group of people being in one place at one time is not enough for them to become a team. In order to be a team, there needs to be team players that share a goal, motivate each other to reach that goal, and complement each other; in other words, every part needs to be in unity. In the highway activity, every team will need to demonstrate its existence and energy in order to be successful at reaching its goal. The group will be divided into smaller teams, and each team brainstorms, designs, and builds a segment of the greater course that the group will use. Without making any sense of them, the segments of the course will be put together to form the common course the whole group will use. The success of the course, which emerged through the integration of all the teams with each other, is tested with remote control vehicles.
