The starting point for the hike is the antique city of Selge. On the southern slopes of the Taurus Mountains, Selge is located in a naturally sheltered place, reachable through narrow and steep cliffs. As you ascend, you will admire the breathtaking views of the canyon, the river covered with forests and the flowing Köprüçay River. Starting from the Zerk village and continuing through the ancient city theater, Agora, Zeus and Artemis temples and cisterns, the hiking trail then continues among the interesting rock formations that the people of the region call the Devil's Rocks. Another interesting feature of this walking route is that it passes through the marked St. Paul route. St. Paul, one of the apostles of Jesus Christ, followed this path on his Mediterranean journey to spread Christianity, starting from Aspendos and extending from the ancient city of Selge to Isparta, Yalvaç at a distance of about 500 km and is currently the second longest hiking trail in Turkey.
